English abstract:
The concept of "social inclusion" (next to "social exclusion") has a notable presence in political speeches and official documents. However, it is taken with skepticism by many academics, and handled with caution by researchers and authors critics, while a significant number of stakeholders involved in the fight against inequality neutrality debate, internal consistency, its meaning and even their motives. In some cases, it is considered a smokescreen intended to divert attention from the public political arenas to "correct" or even "desirable", in others it is assumed as a mere "empty category" used as a tool by those who do not can expect a more concrete definition to work, day after day, in situations of social risk.
